  Nissa Batson decided to enter the Real Estate market right when things were getting interesting – April 2008. Interesting, of course, a shorter phrase meaning – ARE YOU INSANE TO START THIS CAREER NOW?!? Perhaps. Nissa has been involved in the mortgage industry since 2002. She has transitioned from Loan Processor to Senior Loan Processor to Home Equity Underwriter to Loan Officer and now to Realtor. She also still holds her Mortgage Loan Originator’s license with Capital Funding Mortgage.
She decided to pursue a career in the Real Estate industry due to her interests in helping others figure out their dreams. While only in this industry for a short time, she wishes to focus on first time buyers in order to help them obtain the knowledge of what extent of their dreams they can obtain. Another avenue she wishes to pursue is to help dog owners find properties in the city of Chicago to suit themselves and their dogs.
Nissa grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. After graduating from Northern Illinois University in 2001, she moved to the north side of Chicago. Currently she lives in a very colorful condo found on Humboldt Boulevard located in Logan Square. When not hard at work Nissa likes to spend her free time with her two dogs, Wrigley and Addison. She also loves to explore all of the amazing activities the city of Chicago has to offer; especially the dog friendly activities!
